Combining elegance with extreme strength. Sleek carbon fibre monocoques with inflatable Hypalon tubes — protecting yachts and tenders from docking damage.
Overview
Extensive computer simulation helped create a carbon fibre design that maximises rigidity and minimises weight — allowing crew to deploy them quickly or secure them to a carbon fibre storage bracket when not in use.
Tender fenders are customised to suit the transom profile. The vessel type and weight determine the size and number of fenders required.

Key benefits
01
Carbon fibre monocoque with marine-grade fittings.
02
Engineered to absorb the loads of full-size guest tenders.
03
Fast to deploy at the transom, easy to stow when at speed.
04
Cushions enormous loads and deflates for compact storage.
05
Colour, cover, hardware and boat name — matched to the yacht.
06
Ergonomic grips built into the monocoque for passenger boarding.
Built to last
C-Quip tender fenders are built from lightweight, non-corroding materials — designed to protect your vessel over a long service life. They also float, allowing easy retrieval if there are any mishaps.

Brawn with brains
Designed to be highly practical, tender fenders feature a built-in inflatable tube that can cushion enormous loads and deflate for compact storage. Ergonomic handholds help passengers board with confidence.

Designed to complement
Tender fenders have a vital job — but they also add refinement to the vessel. The curved monocoque design is sleek and minimal, while each fender can be customised and coloured to complement the yacht and tender.
The Airbag Principle
Leading superyachts around the world are replacing traditional hard foam fenders with our advanced inflatable tube fenders. Engineered for the most demanding tender operations, they deliver a smoother, quieter guest experience while protecting both the tender and the mothership from repeated impact loads.
Live Simulation
Impact Absorption
Hypalon tubes absorb every tender impact before it reaches the carbon fibre body.
Load Behaviour
Reduced peak force through extended impact duration.
Working Principle
Operates on the exact same principle as a vehicle airbag.
The Problem with Hard Foam
During tender guest transfers, these vessels found that their rigid tender fenders offered poor energy absorption. The impact was felt heavily by the tender and the guests aboard, creating a harsh, unpleasant docking and boarding experience. Furthermore, we frequently see the bodies of hard foam fenders cracking under these intensified operational stresses.
The Inflatable Advantage
Reduced Peak Force
By increasing the duration of the impact, our fenders drastically lower the peak force the vessel undergoes.
Superior Energy Absorption
Rigid foam cannot compress or deflect effectively, subjecting both the tender hull and the guests to unnecessarily high shock loads.
Passenger Comfort & Safety
Cushioned impact ensures smooth, seamless transitions for guests and crew alike.
Variations & extras
